Privacy policy
Incorporation Index is run by Wild Bluebell Limited ("we"), registered in England and Wales, company number 05816405, registered office 14 Vicarage Road, Twyn, Ammanford, Dyfed, SA18 1JQ. We're the controller of any personal data collected on this site, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZC172899.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. We use them to reply and keep them for up to 12 months.
- Quote requests: the details you enter. We use them to reply and may pass them to a formation agent who can help with your setup. That agent then handles your data under its own privacy policy. We keep them for up to 12 months.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics also sets cookies to show us how people use the site. You can change your choice with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
- Your currency and cookie choices are stored in your own browser, not sent to us.
Why we use it
We use Google Analytics only with your consent. We answer the contact and quote forms because you asked us to, which is our legitimate interest.
Who handles it
Fastmail delivers and stores the form emails, Cloudflare hosts the site and Google runs Google Analytics. Fastmail and Google may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Affiliate links
When you click a link to a partner, that partner may set cookies on its own site to record that you came from us. We don't receive any personal data from this.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@incorporationindex.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
